Ingredients
250g Zanetti mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml strong coffee (cooled) or espresso
12-16 ladyfinger biscuits
2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Dark chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)
Method
In a bowl, mix Granarolo mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Prepare the Coffee Soak:
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee (don’t soak too long, or they’ll get mushy).
Assemble the Tiramisu:
In a dish or individual glasses, layer soaked ladyfingers
Add a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
Serve:
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired.
